Why can't I just be consistently happy or unhappy? Why must I feel like nothing is worth it one second and the next I'm thinking how could I possibly think such a thing. I have a shit ton of homework due tomorrow and now I'm gonna have even more missing assignments. I wish I could do more with my time, I wish I could just draw and create art or at least get my schoolwork done but I'm barely getting basic shit done like I desperately want to talk to people and be social but it feels tiring- off topic but I think I could have BPD from the research I've done [I could be mistaken I'm not self diagnosing but I have quite a bit of the traits] but I'm a minor and therefore can't get diagnosed or anything, but idk whatever. I sort of want to just ruin myself and make things worse. Monster energies have never worked on me the same after the first time I drank one. They don't do shit anymore so I'm thinking of drinking a giant white monster with like 200+ mgs so I can feel something like the first time I drank one again. I just want to feel that euphoria again #sharemystory

#sharemystory I HAVE NO FUCKING IDEA HOW TO COMFORT SOMEBODY
My life is good and I shouldn’t feel like shit, others have it worse and Im just exaggerating and Im perfectly fine and im a horrible person cause I made a little too many jokes about hurting myself to my friends in P.E class and honestly im an inevitability horrible person and thats why he rejected me and wont even be friends with me. Im such a shitty friend. Those two friends who told me that they think im cool and kind and a good friend will eventually realize Im a bad person and a bad friend and annoying, they’ll eventually see in me what I see in myself, because eventually I’ll say something wrong. Also I wish I could find romantic love but Im so annoying and clingy I’ll die alone. 😀
Also the energy drinks arent even fucking working on me anymore wtf, I drank 180mg of caffeine and it did absolutely fucking nothing also I feel so much better after venting Edit: thanks for the kindness in the replies, I deeply appreciate it ♥️ #vent #sharemystory #mightdeletelater
I know this is my tag but it's time to #sharemystory .
I was never a normal person, I was born with Asperger's / Autism / whatever it's called and both my parents were mental in their own ways, my mom had DID and my dad had Bipolar. I grew up fairly secluded until I started going to school. Neither of my parents were good or bad people, they both have beautiful traits about them they just made mistakes in life. I myself at 12 was diagnosed with PTSD, which resulted from 1 event where I witnessed my mom attempt suicide (it happened many times before including right before the diagnosis, but most of the time my mind would block it out,) and during that time I struggled a lot with substance abuse. Eventually, I would awaken and realize that I needed to change. I myself struggle sometimes with mood swings, one week I can be at an all time high, pure joy and bliss, the next week I hate everyone and myself and I'm a crying raging mess. I was always viewed as an oddball of sorts, even within my own family. Nevertheless, I managed to overcome it. I might be the oddball, but people in my family love me, and I love my family. My parents split up by time I was 9 and my mom would end up entering an unstable relationship with another woman. That place was hell. They yelled a lot, they did meth together and the entire place was basically a hoarder place. It wasn't until I was 12 where my mom would stop fiercely holding onto me and would let me go. It took another year for my sisters to be able to do the same. My life, while difficult, taught me persistence, and as fucked as this might be to say, if all of it didn't happen, I wouldn't have the ethic or strength I have now. My persistence was built from me repeating to myself that it's "gonna be better tomorrow." The truth is, sometimes it doesn't get worse or better. Things change for the better but life sorta just goes on. Anyways that's all for my story, apologies for the paragraphs.
I actually feel like life is good now I like my life, which is suspicious cause not too long ago I felt like shit and that my life was shit. I'm happy and I love living my life but I'm lowk worried I'm gonna get hit by my volatile mood swings again because I'm probably quite emotionally unstable. But right now I love life. I think I'll be okay though, I've been working on ways to cope with shit and I'm glad I have this site, it helped when I felt really lonely, also I'm starting to talk more to irl friends and I'm getting over feelings of paranoia that others hate me/are annoyed by me and I'm also getting over my own self hatred- they're not completely gone but they're dissipating #sharemystory
I wanna say this outright for everyone, you aren't alone. Like in the mental health sense. I know what it's like to struggle with some heavy shit, everyone has their stories. I was born autistic as most know, I struggle a lot with it, I'm not really treated like a regular person. I also struggle with mood swings a lot, it doesn't make you a bad person to be hurt as long as you don't weaponize that same hurt to hurt others. If you feel comfortable sharing your story in these replies, feel free to. If you wanna make a general post, you should, if you want, use the hashtag #sharemystory . I always like hearing about people overcoming their own struggles. To quote Chester Bennington, "Remember you're loved, and you always will be."
